Yes. Skipping, pausing or cancelling a regular clean is one tap, and Helpar charges no cancellation fee. For late changes, your helpar’s own cancellation terms apply, and you see them before you book.

No. Helpar is the app that connects you with independent cleaners. Each helpar runs their own business, sets their own prices and does the cleaning.
